Delivery Options
We offer several convenient methods to receive your order:
Standard Delivery
A reliable shipping option to your chosen address. A signature may be required for certain orders.
Express Delivery
A faster shipping service for your convenience.
Ship To Store / In-Store Collection
Select this option to pick up your order from one of our participating boutiques at no additional cost. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID for pickup.
Order Tracking & Delivery Process
You can easily track the progress of your shipment using the link provided in your order confirmation email or through your account’s ORDER HISTORY section.
For deliveries requiring a signature, our courier partner will make multiple attempts. If unsuccessful, the package will be held at a nearby location for customer pickup. If the package is not collected within the specified period, it will be returned to us, and a full refund will be processed.
Returns
We offer a straightforward return policy. Items can be returned within a specified period from the date of receipt.
Important Notes for In-Store Collection
- Your order will be held for a limited time upon notification. If not collected within this period, it will be cancelled and refunded.
- If you authorize another person to collect your order, they must present specific documents, including a copy of your order confirmation, a copy of your ID, their own ID, and a signed authorization letter from you.
